Short-shorts are everywhere you look this summer, but Kristen Stewart has long been committed to the super cropped bottom. Be it a tweed Chanel pair at the Cannes Film Festival, a set of knitted knickers, or some Daisy Dukes: K Stew’s love of a short-short knows no bounds.
So last night, she returned to her tried and true red carpet formula. Stewart attended the LA premiere of Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma, and joined stars Hannah Einbinder and Gillian Anderson on the step and repeat. She wore some black denim cut-offs, with their raw hem only just about visible beneath her structured suit jacket and a gray silk top, styled with white socks, black canvas Ruby Brown high-top sneakers, sunglasses, and a singular silver link chain necklace. It was in playful, irreverent contrast to the looks of Anderson in florals and Einbinder in a textured LBD.
