To mark creative director Michael Stewart’s first foray into the hallowed world of haute couture, Vogue100 took over iconic Parisian eatery Maxim’s for an evening that felt suspended in another era.

Guests arrived to the softly-lit space and settled in beneath stained-glass ceilings and against rich wood-paneled walls and plush burgundy banquettes as crimson florals set the scene. The gathering began over absinthe-green cocktails as a playful nod to the mythic spirit of the Irish designer’s Fall 2026 Couture collection—an ethereal world of sculptural silhouettes and enchanting beauty.

Friends of Stewart and the Standing Ground team and Vogue100 members gathered for an intimate dinner marking the label’s major milestone; a refined seasonal menu featured heirloom tomato, royal sea bream, wild mushroom vol-au-vent, and grand cru chocolate dessert with hazelnut praline.

The intimate gathering offered a fitting close to a memorable day, reflecting Stewart’s singular creative vision and cementing his place as one of the industry’s most exciting names to watch.
