Google effectively leaked the new Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro itself weeks ago, and their official reveal finally came during the company’s #MadeByGoogle ’23 keynote Wednesday. Both smartphones are now available for preorder at Amazon and in the Google Store ahead of their launch on Thursday, Oct. 12.
The Pixel 8 starts at $699 for 128GB of storage and comes in three colors: Rose, Obsidian, or Hazel. The Pixel 8 Pro starts at $999 for the 128GB of storage and comes in Obsidian, Porcelain, or Bay. The latter comes with your choice of a free Pixel Watch 2 (WiFi) or a free pair of Pixel Buds Pro when you buy it directly from the Google Store.
