Celebrities descended on Hollywood over the weekend to attend the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s (LACMA) 11th annual Art + Film Gala, with Kim Kardashian, Billie Eilish and more leading the fashion charge.
The annual event is always a glamorous affair, and is held to celebrate the intersection of art and cinema as well as the museum itself. This year, Gucci once again served as the event’s presenter, ensuring many stars were pictured walking the blue carpet in dazzling outfits from the fashion house.
The gala was co-chaired by trustee Eva Chow and Leonardo DiCaprio, and honoured sculptor Helen Pashgian as well as director, screenwriter, and producer Park Chan-wook.
Taking the theme to heart, the celebrity guests pulled out some of the most extravagant and avant garde ensembles we’ve seen in a while, from Kendall Jenner donning a daring sheer and silver gown by Burc Akyol, to Euphoria’s Sydney Sweeney choosing a dazzlingly feminine and voluminous mini dress by Giambattista Valli.
Kim Kardashian stayed true to her collaboration with Balenciaga, wearing a form-fitting leather-effect gown, while Billie Eilish walked the carpet with boyfriend Jesse Rutherford, wrapped in an oversized Gucci monogrammed blanket.
