Sweatsuits and modular carry-alls in the airport just don’t cut it when you’re a celebrity with a suite of The Row’s flowing Gala pants or a gargantuan Chanel tote bag at your disposal. And when you’re as well-papped a couple as Harry Styles and Zoë Kravitz, you know the arrivals gangway is just as important a style moment as a stage or red carpet appearance.
The couple were photographed yesterday heading out of New York’s JFK airport: both proposing differing takes on what one might wear when traveling. Styles opted for a relaxed black suit, white t-shirt, red socks, and black lace-up dress shoes. (A suit might not immediately seem practical, but we’re sure they have plenty of room in business class for hanging up their separates, and it makes for a cool touchdown look.) Styles’s Thistles sunglasses were worn jauntily on his head, and he toted a brown woven shopper bag. Kravitz wore a pale pink embroidered shawl with black pants from (where else?) The Row, a cropped black t-shirt, and The Row’s suede Awar heeled ballet pumps. For accessories, she wore dark oversized sunglasses (also Thistles, the Atlas style) and a favorite navy New York Times cap, and carried The Row’s black woven raffia Estelle Two bag. Of course, she also wore her Jessica McCormack engagement ring from Styles.
It’s the first time in a little while that Styles and Kravitz have been spotted together. Styles is set to begin the next stint of his Together, Together tour with a 30-night residency at Madison Square Garden. Kravitz has been laying low, last seen strolling London with Styles in matchy sporty sets, and attending Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s wedding in July, also at MSG. (Styles was reportedly invited but could not attend due to his touring schedule.)
